1. Acceptance of Terms

By using biofirst.co, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Services

BioFirst connects patients with licensed US healthcare providers for online intake and, when clinically appropriate, prescription of medications for weight management, men's health, women's health, and longevity. A prescription is issued only if a licensed provider determines it is appropriate.

3. Not a Substitute for Medical Care

BioFirst is a telehealth platform, not a replacement for in-person medical care. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Your provider makes independent medical decisions based on your intake.

4. Prescriptions and Compounded Medications

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Prescriptions are issued at the discretion of a licensed provider. Medication ships only if prescribed. Availability may vary by state.

5. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and a resident of the United States to use this platform. Some treatments may not be available in all states.

6. Payment

Assessment is free. You are charged only if a provider prescribes treatment. Subscription billing recurs monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting info@biofirst.co.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for medication that has already been shipped are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact info@biofirst.co for cancellation or refund requests.

8. Limitation of Liability

BioFirst and BioLab Research LLC are not liable for outcomes resulting from medical decisions made by independent licensed providers. We facilitate the connection between patients and providers but do not practice medicine.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
