Returns & Refunds

1. Return Policy

Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@biofirst.co. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used products.
• Products returned without prior authorization.
• Products returned outside the 14-day window.
• Custom or special orders.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product sent). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

6. How to Initiate a Return

Email info@biofirst.co with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
