2. Shipping Methods

• Standard: 3-5 business days within the US.
• Cold-chain: Temperature-sensitive compounds ship with cold-chain packaging to preserve stability.
• International: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) available to select international markets. Contact us for availability.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and product requirements. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders.

4. Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. You can also contact info@biofirst.co for status updates.

5. Customs & Import

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection. BioFirst provides CoA, SDS, and origin documentation to facilitate clearance. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their jurisdiction's import regulations for research compounds.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours at info@biofirst.co with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
